1. PURPOSE<\/strong>
The purpose of this Work Health and Safety (WHS) Policy is to outline Brighter Homes Maintenance and Renovations Pty Ltd\u2019s commitment to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all workers, subcontractors, clients, and visitors. The company aims to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses through effective safety management, compliance with Victorian legislation, and continuous improvement.<\/p>

2. SCOPE<\/strong>
This policy applies to all Brighter Homes Maintenance and Renovations employees, subcontractors, contractors, visitors, and clients at any worksite where the company operates.<\/p>

3. RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>
Company Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\u2022 Provide and maintain safe systems of work and equipment.

\u2022 Provide safe access to worksites.
\u2022 Inform workers of any known site hazards.
\u2022 Cooperate with safety requirements while work is being carried out.<\/p>

4. HEALTH &amp; SAFETY PRACTICES<\/strong>
Brighter Homes Maintenance and Renovations implements a range of health and safety practices including:<\/p>

\u2022 Conducting site inductions before work commences.
\u2022 Requiring appropriate PPE such as gloves, masks, boots, and eye protection.
\u2022 Ensuring safe use of ladders, power tools, and hazardous materials.
