I’m Katie, I am a registered Mental Health Social Worker and Clinical Family Therapist. I have been working in mental health for the past eleven years and have worked in child and adolescent, adult and forensic mental health. I am particularly interested in how early life attachment shapes our relationships, as partners, parents, children, siblings and friends.
I help those I work with grow deeply connected relationships by understanding themselves, their automatic patterns and their ways of relating to the world.
I support couples of all configurations including non-monogamous and poly relationships reduce conflict and improve communication.
Having previously worked in child and adolescent mental health I am experienced in providing family therapy to families who may be in transition or struggling to navigate different developmental stages. This includes child focused parent work, family therapy and individual therapy for adolescents.
